Campground/RV Park

Flowing Lake Park at Leckie's Beach

Snohomish County purchased the property in 1968 from the Leckie family, who had operated Leckie's Resort on the site between 1925 and 1960. The original resort offered a a beautiful shallow water swimming beach, a dock, a small store, rental boats, canoes, tent camping, and a few very rustic cabins.

Development of the county park began in the early 1970's. In 2014, funding through a Conservation Futures grant enabled the purchase of additional land, expanding the park from 38 acres to nearly 195 acres.

Flowing Lake offers a multitude of year-round recreation activities. The campground contains over 40 campsites, most include water and electrical hookups. Weekend reservations require a Friday & Saturday night stay.

Open year-round, our warm & cozy cabins offer light, heat, electricity, & security. Bring your sleeping bags or linen for the bunks and/or futons that sleep 5. Outside, you’ll find a water faucet, picnic table, and fire ring (for toasting and roasting).

The ranger staff presents interpretive programs in the rustic amphitheater and guided nature walks throughout the summer season. Many picnic tables and picnic shelters are available.
