Getting around in Snohomish County is easy with great public transportation infrastructure. The region is also very bike friendly, for those looking for a more relax-paced trip through Seattle NorthCountry.
With two ferry terminals, Seattle NorthCountry is also a great jumping off point to explore the islands of Puget Sound or Olympic Peninsula.
Biking
Snohomish County offers miles of trails for biking.
Snohomish County offers miles of trails for non-motorized vehicles. Centennial Trail is a 30 mile trail that runs from Snohomish to the Skagit County line and is built on the old Burlington-Northern railroad line. The Interurban Trail follows the trail of the once used Interurban Trolley that ran from downtown Seattle to Everett from 1910 through 1939. The rail is 11.8 miles of paved surface.

Public Transportation
There are many different options for getting to Seattle NorthCountry from Seattle.
Sound Transit and Community Transit offer bus service to various location in Seattle NorthCountry.
Snohomish County, Washington, has low cost public transportation through Community Transit, Everett Transit and service to the greater Seattle area through Metro Transit and Sound Transit; and in the greater Puget Sound region via other local transit companies. Greyhound and Northwest Trailways bus lines are in Everett.
