The Clubhouse @ 7 Lakes

Since its inception in 1949, the Lake Goodwin Community Club has developed into a rich and meaningful part of Seven Lake’s history and persona. Our club is made up of our neighbors throughout the greater Seven Lakes area, coming together to organize activities to improve the quality of life in our community.

The Lake Goodwin Community Club was on the precipice of closing its doors permanently in 2018, because of years of declining membership, neglected facility maintenance, and mismanagement.

Newly elected President, Devin Brossard refused to accept that option. Sixteen members from neighboring communities including Oso, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Arlington and Stanwood, united together in order to save the Lake Goodwin Community Club.

With new leadership, new focus, and new look, the Lake Goodwin Community Club was transformed into The Clubhouse @ 7 Lakes. Because of Countless hours of volunteers and generosity of local business the Clubhouse @ 7 Lakes is now set to be a lasting and stable part of the community for generations to come.

Nested in the heart of beautiful Seven Lakes, The Clubhouse is available to meet all your special needs. With lots of room and versatility, The Clubhouse is an ideal location to host your wedding and/or reception, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, or any other special event.
