When Thanksgiving rolls around, it’s time to “burn the bird” as they say: hit the road to use up some calories before eating your weight in stuffing and pumpkin pie. The annual Turkey Trot is a goofy, lighthearted event that celebrates that often-overlooked holiday that somehow slips somehow unexpectedly into the end of November. Gobble gobble, hustle hustle.
