This self-guided walking tour offers an exclusive look inside the stunning parlors of historic homes and churches, beautifully decorated for the holidays. Explore the charm and elegance of Snohomish’s past while enjoying festive activities including a holiday market, photos with Santa, and more. Don’t miss this cherished tradition—perfect for history lovers, and anyone looking to experience the holiday spirit in a truly unique setting!
This year’s tour features three charming churches, seven historic homes, the Blackman Museum, and the Waltz Building—all dressed in festive holiday splendor. Celebrate the season as you explore the unique charm of these historic landmarks, making your visit truly magical!
Be sure to take in the returning holiday market at St. Michael's Church, where you can enjoy the festive atmosphere and maybe find something special and unexpected! After 2 p.m., be sure to stop by the Waltz Building for photos with Santa, refreshments, and maybe even a surprise visit from a holiday goat. The Waltz Building will remain open until 5 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased through the Snohomish Historical Society website, https://snohomishhistoricalsoc.... Tickets cost $30 in advance, and children under 6 are free to attend. Online ticket sales close December 13th, but day-of tickets will be available.
Check in starts at 11:45 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, located at 329 Ave A, where you will receive your map, shoe coverings, and wristbands. Visit the sites in any order and make this beloved holiday tradition part of your seasonal celebrations!
