Think for a second – what could be cuter than a wiener dog in a Halloween costume? Correct: the answer is absolutely nothing. Wag-o-Ween is a celebration happening in Snohomish and Arlington. It’s a festive canine fundraiser for the NOAH Center animal shelter. Pet-friendly trick or treat, doggo games, and fun are all for a raising money for a worthy cause – helping out homeless animals in need.
